Cyberpsychologist Assisted Wargaming Exercises

Cyberpsychologist Assisted Wargaming Exercises

We run tabletop simulations that require no initial preparation from the participants. Ideally the extended Incident Response Team attends the exercise, including the management team, who would not necessarily have deep cyber security knowledge, such as HR, legal, PR and customer services manager representatives.

Based on the group's performance on the simulation exercise and the CAA assessment, descriptive reports will be prepared detailing the outcomes including team dynamics.

Stakeholder feedback sessions are held to discuss outcomes and focused intervention proposals. Based on individual/team reports feedback sessions with a cyberpsychologist and an incident response expert are available to discuss and reflect on the outcomes and explore how to put in place strategies to mitigate exposure and exploit strength areas.

Our participants come from the private sector, mostly financial sector and service organizations, who demonstrate a fast uptake to new innovation within incident response and business continuity planning.

Our participants have said:

“Your wargame event helped me discern the multiple layers of the problem relating to the complexity of managing stakeholder interests in a mission critical situation.”

“Great intellectual simulation of the case study of a cyber attack.”

“I found The CyberFish wargame simulation a fun and hands-on way to learn about possible cybersecurity threat scenarios and experiment with how I would respond.”

“Your wargame event helped me discern the multiple layers of the problem relating to the complexity of managing stakeholder interests in a mission critical situation.”

“The event was really quite fun and I see a massive potential for it to be used as a tool for companies to understand what additional training and resources they need to cope better with a cyber security incident.”
